I've been here for over an hour and haven't done any work. I really don't have any work left to do. I thought Phong would be back today but turns out he'll be here tomorrow. I wish I had something constructive to do. Thursday and Friday just dragged on forever. Still, being at work is better than hanging around at home. I watched one and a half seasons of "Spaced" this weekend. I know, I should be using the last of my time in DC to see all the things I've yet to see. Let's face it, despite my proactive attempt to see a lot, there still remains much to be seen. I just feel anxious to reunite with my family and for some reason, this finds me sitting around a lot doing nothing. I know, it makes no sense.

I've discovered the band who does the song for the Where the Wild Things Are trailer. The band is Arcade Fire and the song is Wake Up. I love it.

Maybe you just needed a break? Your body could be saying, "Whoa I'm under a lot of physical and mental pressure, let's just chill out." That's what my body is telling me and yet...no rest for the wicked.

A friend of mine is going through a crisis, and I feel like I could be more help if I could wrap my brain around the church's teaching on this particular subject.
