That is so cool. I'm so proud of you. It will do amazing things for your career, and your husband seems like a very capable and loving dad that can pitch in for a few months to fill your spot so that this comes off as a positive experience for the whole family. Maybe the kids can visit you between moves and you can explore the sights of DC together. We actually want to get there this summer too! We were going to go while the cherry blossoms were blooming but then I wasn't up for the drive... Mike's sister and husband live on the outskirts of DC in Silver Spring.
