I have two huge bags of potatoes. Any suggestions for using them up? What is your favorite potato recipe? We're talking about Idaho spuds here, not red or yellow.

I've been craving it since I mentioned it to you! haha We cheat on the bacon and buy it in the little cans from the produce department at the grocery store .. It's soo good. And I didn't realize I wasn't on your friends list, I'm sorry! haha ..
