I have two huge bags of potatoes. Any suggestions for using them up? What is your favorite potato recipe? We're talking about Idaho spuds here, not red or yellow.
about 5 potatoes 1 package of smoked saugage, cut into small pieces (i cut them like thick pepperoni and then cut them in half) can of sauerkraut, drained onion, sliced
cut the potatoes up into bite size pieces, fry them in some canola oil (that's what i use) or veggie oil over about med-hi heat til golden and slightly crispy. add in the sliced onion, cook til onion is tender. add the sauerkraut & sausage, reduce heat to about low, stir, cover and let cook for a few minutes.
