This morning I made bacon and , ahem, filled the kitchen with smoke. However, it turned out to be a good thing because the smoke made the sunbeams visible :)

We went to a pumpkin carving party at Petey's school last night. Here are some pics for your veiwing pleasure...

It was 29 when we left for school this morning. Our car was frosty! The kids were fascinated by the pattern of the ice crystals on the van. I'll try to get a close up of that another day.

Things are going well. It was fun night. Petey has such a great teacher! What a blessing...
