This black widow was under the picnic table at the campgrounds where Chris took the boys on Friday night. He said this one only one of several. He also said that her abdomen was about the size of the tip of his thumb!

This beautiful hummingbird feeder was given to me by the boys for my birthday. I love to watch the hummingbirds feed from it, but unfortunately 'normal' birds have also discovered that they can drink from it. As a result, it is empty with in a couple days. I can't keep up with it!

As I was typing this post Connor was sitting on my lap, sharing a bagel and some OJ with me. Suddenly, he threw up all over us. I gave him a bath and we left to pick up Zack from school. While we were sitting in the car waiting for Zack to come out, Connor threw up again all over himself and his carseat. I have a ton of throw up laundry to do and, of course, no laundry detergent. I'm feeling nauseous now but I'm not sure if I'm really sick or it is just a result of being thrown up on. Hey, I know you wish you were me right now.

Wow. Yuck. I would have freaked out. Puked, freaked out again...I'm not fit to be a mom. Rough night last night, out late partying with the other toddlers? Those toddlers sure know how to party. See, if we finally get to meet up this summer you can watch me freak out when someone's nose runs or someone yacks up. I'll be of no help. I'll probably run out of the room trying to keep myself together.

I can't wait! Just the mental image of it cracks me up....you fleeing from the room in horror of a snotty nose. It almost makes me want to stage something just to see the full reaction....no, I couldn't be so evil...could I? I wonder where they sell fake vomit???

Thanks :) He's finally asleep. I hope he feels better in the morning. He seems to have an upset stomach so often; poor guy!

I love hummingbirds and there are so many beautiful ones here in Arizona. If only those big birds wouldn't steal all the nectar.
