(no subject)

The little red timer on my turkey won't pop up! It should have been done by now...

This always happens. I always suspect that I have a defective timer. I wish I had a real metal meat thermometer (once again.)

Bonnie and I have everything ready to go, we're just waiting for the turkey to finish so we can bake everything else.

I made two new dishes, aside from the traditional ones.

Traditional: sweet potatoes with melted marshmallows on top, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing (vegetarian style for Bonnie), cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, turkey, rolls, pumpkin pie and pecan pie

New: cranberry-orange relish jello and caramel apple pie.

Yummy!
