(no subject)

Zack has a lot of homework today. Since when do Kindergartners do research projects? We are almost finished, except for listing his sources. I may sound like a rotten mom if I admit this, but I really dislike helping him with homework sometimes. He gets so upset and frustrated. It is emotionally exhausting for me. I have to redirect his attention every couple of minutes. He tries so hard and here I am at my wit's end. We've been working on it all day.

Also, Connor is teething and he is quite fussy. He's yelling at me right now, as a matter of fact.

So, let me list three good things about my life to counteract these negative feelings.

1. The weather outside today is absolutely beautiful. Pete was outside trying to learn how to skateboard and it was so cute.

2. Chris' evening class got canceled tonight so he will be home early. Hooray!! And he's agreed to help Zack finish up his homework.

3. LOST comes on tonight. (Pretty shallow, I know)
