After Chris' grandparents passed away, we inherited a baby picture of his mom that had originally sat on top of their piano. It is in an older frame, and the cardboard back of the frame had started to come apart. I looked more closely, and I realized there were two pictures in the frame. Behind his mother's baby picture hid this beautiful mystery woman. No one in the family knows who she is. No one knows why the picture was hidden behind the baby pic. It's just there.

I found it today as I was packing and thought I would share it. I love the way her lipstick is shaped, her long falsies, her glittering jewelry.

I can't believe how many responses I got on foundphotos. That just blew me away!

I'm fairly certain it is a real photo because the paper is much thicker than one would expect for a fake photo. Also, there is a studio stamp in the lower corner:

I should have included this in my original explanation but Chris' grandpa owned several "night clubs" when he was a young entrepreneur. Chris thinks this woman was a dancer at one of the clubs.
