Connor is throwing up today. He started around 3:45 this morning. Neither one of us could go back to sleep so we tossed and turned until it was time to get up. I took Zack to school an hour late. I also had to cancel a play date for today. This is the third play date I've had to cancel in the past two weeks, due to family sickness. sunrise0124, I'm resolving right now not to cancel ours! We have to be well by then.

I have to analyze a document by Monday for my history class. We have to pick on from http://ourdocuments.gov . Because my interests lie specifically in the American practice of slavery, I'm thinking I'll do The Emancipation Proclamation, or perhaps the 13th Amendment to the Constitution (the abolition of slavery). There are a few other documents on the website that deal with the issue of slavery but I'm not as familiar with them. I need to read over them and see which one I want to analyze. Once again, it is only a two page assignment. This teacher is certainly making things easier for us than my past history professors. No complaints here!

Oh poor Connor!! I hope he gets better soon. I hope we don't have to reschedule but if he is still sick I will understand. He still has a few days to get better before tuesday.
