Hallelujah, it is over!

The Pinewood Derby is over, thank goodness! I did it! Or rather, we as the scout committee did it. I wonder how much money we raised?

Both Zack and Petey will be moving on to the district race. Although I'm glad for them, frankly I would be fine never hearing the words "pinewood derby" again.

Yes, Zack is losing in this shot. Still, despite this initial loss, he did go on to win five races. He was very disappointed that he didn't win it all. They always are.

No, not on their own. They had quite a lot of help from Chris :) As a matter of fact, he tends to hog up the project!
