Chinese--authentic Chinese. While I love Thai, Indian and basically all food, Chinese is so diverse that I could probably eat a different dish every day for the rest of my life and never repeat the same thing twice.

I'm hungry now.

mmmm...have you learned to cook any? I've only had it once in my life and it was so yummy.

I have so far I can make muendo, adobo, egg rolls, lumpia. I am a work in progess, but my mother in law is slowly teaching me some of her dishes. Some I learned by watching carefully and then going home to do it.
