We have got to get renter's insurance. You'd think after two break-ins we would. We've got the alarm and that has given us a ton of peace of mind but in cases like this...well, I think it's a definite good idea. Would you mind emailing me your insurance agency name? I don't know how comfy you feel posting it on the web.
