I really like that last picture. It's beautiful. The colors are so neat - the storm in the background and the clear waters and then there is all that white sand. And a sweet baby enjoying cold water on a hot day!
It really was a beautiful day. Connor wasn't afraid of the water at all. He just walked right out in it, up to his chest. Chris caught a hermit crab and was showing it to the boys. Connor kept trying to pick it up, saying "Ball!" ("Ball", BTW is his newest word).
This summer really has been great fun. I feel as though I'm learning how to enjoy myself again and not be so concerned with time constraints. Of course, it helps a lot that we are visiting parents and don't have the normal everyday worries to bother us. I don't look forward to heading back to our real life in a week and a half. Ah well, we'll just have to make the most of it while we're here.
