When it rains, it pours...

lizzybennetThe bathroom sink was clogged and this morning I discovered it was also leaking underneath. I discovered a box full of bloated tampons, as well as a diaper that had swollen to an unnatural size. If it weren't for these super absorbing products under the sink, we'd have had a huge mess. Thankfully, the sink problem has been fixed now.
On to problem number 2: our door broke. Our front door is a huge metal contraption. It has three bolts that spring out automatically on the side, and one bolt that comes out of the bottom and down into the floor. No one is going to bust down this door. However, the bolt on the bottom decided it is not going to retract anymore. Therefore we are unable to close the door! It's been partially open all day. We couldn't leave, because there was no way to lock the door. The boys really need some "recess" time. (OH! As I was writing this the locksmith came! Yay!) I suppose we are very fortunate that the bolt malfunctioned when the door was open. I don't even want to think about what we would have had to go through if we'd been locked in.
The locksmith is trying to tell me something. It sounds like "eBay." E...that means one. Bay is a modifier of some sort. Maybe he's telling me he needs one of something? But what? This is very frustrating. I offered him the key, a screwdriver, but no he doesn't need either of those. I hate no being able to talk to anyone.
