(no subject)

I'm afraid I've gotten into a bad habit lately. That is, I'm spending too much time playing on the computer than actually working on the computer. I am suppose to have my "Lakota Woman" paper written by the end of the day and I am sitting here reading random peoples LiveJournals. I'm afraid I won't get it done quite in time, between my goofing off and the 5 kids that are here right now. I'm so glad the semester is over. I just want some down time from school. I do have a good idea of how I want to approach the paper, so hopefully it will not be too difficult to write.

I'm also looking forward to some scrapbooking this summer. When G dropped her kids off, she gave me a beautiful scrapbooking kit. It has four sections, one for each season. Each season has paper, font stickers and coordinated die cuts. She said she was afraid it was a little to girly for me but I assured her I could use it. After all, I still have to scrapbook my own childhood and I am a girl!

These kids are all going to be in bed by 8 pm. The TV is going off and I am going to enjoy some peace and quiet. I may not get my paper done tonight, I feel so frazzled. But at least I shall have quiet!
