lizzybennetI persuaded Chris to stay home from school today. Aren't I a bad influence? He didn't miss class, he was just going to get some work done in his office. I promised to do the dishes for him (it was his turn) in exchange for him watching Connor (without complaint) so that I could go hike. He said he'd still do the dishes, but I assured him it was ok. I know he needs to do some grading, etc. I did the canyon loop trail at the State Park. It was THE perfect walk. Not too rocky and beautiful scenery. It took me 43 minutes, so the timing was perfect too. I hope to go back often.
I just realized today that I only have 2 weeks of classes left. For some reason I thought I had 3 weeks. I have two major essays left, one for each class. I really must get on that. I also had a call from the school this morning. The lady said I should not have been allowed to register for Victorian Novels. I'm being dropped from the course. Apparently it is only open to online English majors. That's a major bummer because I was really looking forward to that class. However, if it hasn't filled up at the end of the registration then I can re-register for it.
