I haven't read your blog during the time we were on vacation - its nice to catch up with your family. I'm so impressed that you're doing so well on your diet. I have to admit we struggled while we were away from home. Its good to be home and eating better. Still, Bonnie and I can't match your 18 pounds! Way to go!
