I went to book club after all. It was grrrreat. I loved it. I now have 1.5 hours to finish and turn in my paper. No problemo.

We're reading "The Good Earth" for next month. I read it with in the past two years, so I don't think I'll stress about reading it again. I recently discovered that it is the first in a trilogy, so I may try and find the second book to read. I volunteered to bring a bunch of Chinese memorabilia to the meeting, to set the mood for "The Good Earth".

Zack is feeling much better. Now let's pray that none of the other kids get it.

Yes, I finished it sitting in the living room with the laptop on my lap while Chris watched tv. Needless to say, this isn't the best paper I have ever written, but at least it's over with. Like Chris said "It doesn't have to be the deepest paper ever written on the topic. Just write something average!" I always get caught up in the thought that my paper has to be excellent, full of original deep thoughts. Nope. I'm still a student for goodness sake. It's not like this stuff is going to to published!
