ok, it is a little ironic to see your adorable puppy icon while we discuss eating dog, lol! Yes, I came to the same conclusion as well. In America, we are comfortable with beef, pork and chicken. In China, they are comfortable eating anything that once had a heartbeat. This is their life style, and who am I to judge? Still, it was quite yucky to see the skinned dog laying there. Not something I want to experience again.
