Several of the people that I work with have Bachelor's degrees in humanities. I think it's very interesting:

-One of the proofreaders has a degree in English and in high school she did drama, choir and band.
-The temp proofreader has a double degree in Sociology and Archiology.
-I have a history degree.
-The other temp typesetter has a double degree in history and art.
-The evening typesetter has a double degree in music (opera) and art.

When I realized we had all these humanities/arts types working there, I thought of you, [livejournal.com profile] themenow . Is this really the only thing we can do with an art degree/drama degree/ history degree? Work in a office setting? Something to think about :)
