(no subject)

Another super-duper busy day today. I decided that I needed to go to the Dr. because I thought I had an ear infection or sinus infection. The pain is in my neck, but it seems to radiate down from my head. As I've had a cold for the past two weeks or so, it made sense to me that it may have turned into something worse. Well, as we now live soooo far away from town, it turned into huge drama for me to get into town. But I did get there and there's nothing wrong with me. I still have neck pain, but hopefully it will resolve soon?

I rode in a taxi today with a guy who kept trying to talk to me. I made it clear that I didn't understand Chinese, but he just kept trying. I finally resorted to saying "Ohh, ahh, uh-huh" and nodding a lot. That seemed to keep him happy.

Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to start my Beijing posts. I ate a scorpion while we were there and I have a picture of it!!
