Not-so-bad-in-the-grand-scheme-of-things news

And it turns out that my sinus infection that was really an ear infection is in actuality an abscessed tooth.

I went to the dentist today for a couple of fillings and I told him about the face pain as well as the swelling of my gums (I didn't telly you guys this part. My swollen gum actually "popped" and I had to spit out some yucky white stuff.) He tested my upper right back molar with some sort of electrical device. I didn't feel a thing, which he said means the tooth is dead. If it had any nerve left, I'd have felt a tingling with the electrical probe. *sigh*. I've never had a root canal and I dread it. I DREAD IT.

Not to mention the cost. Thankfully we have really good insurance, but even with that I'm dropping a cool $500.

And there goes the first chunk of the income tax refund. I wonder what will be next. C'mon, start lining up, all you unexpected-expenses. I know you're out there! Let's just get this over with.

I certainly hope not. I've had two broken teeth in 2008 and I have to get my wisdom teeth removed, another tooth a filling and a bite plate for TMJ. I cannot afford a kid right now on top of everything else that is costing us money *lol*.

Don't you wish they could just knock you out and fix everything at once? You could wake up with perfect teeth :)

That would be so perfect. Just take care of everything all at once. While they're at it they can take out my tonsils too.
