Last night on Top Chef, the challenge was to create a healthy dinner for a family of four on a budget of $10. Some of the dishes they made looked amazing and I am looking forward to trying them out. I was sad to see Mark go. I wanted Lisa to get the boot :(

We make this recipe a LOT, except I don't put in bean sprouts. I substitute lots of broccoli, zucchini, carrots, and mushrooms instead. Then we serve it over brown rice. I put all the veggies into a pan, add a little water, put on a lid and steam them on high for 3-5 minutes and then turn the heat down to low and let them steam another 5 minutes or so.
Healthy and tasty. :) And fairly cheap if you get the chicken at Costco.
