I have two huge bags of potatoes. Any suggestions for using them up? What is your favorite potato recipe? We're talking about Idaho spuds here, not red or yellow.

Thanks for your idea, it sounds really good. I didn't intend to wind up with so many Idaho potatoes, but I sent hubby to the store for a couple baking potatoes and he came back a huge bag :>)
