I have two huge bags of potatoes. Any suggestions for using them up? What is your favorite potato recipe? We're talking about Idaho spuds here, not red or yellow.

A vegetarian suggesting sausage gravy, lol!! Perfect. I hadn't thought of putting them in eggs, that's a great idea. We had cheesy potatoes earlier this week just like mom used to make :)

I thought that too when I suggested it :) but I figured since I liked it when I was little your kids would like it too.
