I have two huge bags of potatoes. Any suggestions for using them up? What is your favorite potato recipe? We're talking about Idaho spuds here, not red or yellow.
Believe it or not, I am not much of a potato person. I hate them mashed or baked. However, my great-aunt has an interesting Greek potato recipe where they are sliced and cooked in olive oil with either oregano or rosemary as a spice. They are actually quite good, which says a lot considering my general potato tastes.
