Last night we had a weenie roast around the little hibachi grill Chris picked up at a thrift store for 3.50. After the hot dogs, we roasted marshmallows. The kids enjoyed it so much. I love doing simple, easy things that build long lasting memories for the kids. To me, that's is one of the most important aspects of my job as mom: to build beautiful childhood memories. Later that night, as Petey was saying his night time prayers, he thanked Heavenly Father for the weenie roast, and that we spent such good family time together. It made my heart happy.

Thanks. I'm starting to feel a little better, although I still have moments where I feel as if I'm hacking up a lung. lol Hopefully by this time next week the end of this week, all the pneumonia will be gone! :)
