What is the name of that instand messanger that allows you to log into several at once? hopeness, I think you mentioned once that you use it. With this program, you can log into yahoo, msn, etc all with one user name. One of my friends just got an iMac and she is going to use iChat. I was hoping I could avoid installing iChat if I installed the catch-all messanger instead.

I use Proteus on the Mac, I know there is one called Trillian for the PeeCee. Although I don't know if Trillian does i-chat... tell your friend to get Proteus and then she can chat to you on another service if you can't get a program to do i-chat.
