lol. it's ok to slip every once in awhile is ok as long as you don't think you've ruined your diet completely and never get back on. I've done that before several times. (infact, the most recent diet was last year when I went to see a dr and she put me on the strickest diet I've been on, only meats i could eat were chicken breast w/o the skin and fish, no cheese and so half the time i had to cook multiple meals and that was just too much for me. I only did that diet for a couple months. It was just too much work and not enough pay off. One thing about dieting that i've figured out is you can slip every once in awhile but as long as you get back on your diet you will be fine. I've noticed that i do better when I can atleast have more a variety of foods and I can choose the plan that works best for me. the weight watcher's plan I'm on is more open than the plan that doctor put me on and on this diet it is ok if i eat something occationally that isn't on my normal plan i just have to use my weekly points to eat it. I don't feel deprived at all. Hope you have a good week.
