(no subject)

I've started a weight loss journal, [livejournal.com profile] emo_eater. It will just be a place where I record what I've eaten, how much I have (or haven't) exercised, and how I'm feeling about my weight loss journey. I feel doomed to failure already. But, I'm not going to let that stop me from trying. I must try. Anyway, feel free to friend it, if you'd like.

Bonnie and I say YOU CAN DO IT! Don't make it too hard. Just start keeping track of what you eat normally and soon you'll be seeing ways to make small changes that will add up over time to big differences!
